The data provided to GUM CHEMICAL SOLUTIONS, S.A. will be processed exclusively by the company and used exclusively for the purposes that determine the relationship between it and the supplier of the data.

The legal basis for the processing of the data is the relationship established between the parties, such as the sale made, the supply requested, the employment relationship, etc.

Such data are absolutely necessary for the development of the relationship between GUM CHEMICAL SOLUTIONS, S.A. and the data provider.

Only external entities to which GUM CHEMICAL SOLUTIONS, S.A. is legally obliged to provide such data, will have access to the data, as well as the companies to which the internal management services of the company have been entrusted, which will be obliged to respect the rules of the data protection law.

The personal data will be processed only during the period that is necessary, useful and pertinent and, in any case, during the legally required period after the contractual relation is terminated. Upon termination of the contractual relationship, the data will be kept, duly blocked, for the sole purpose of complying with applicable legal obligations during the necessary period.

Under the terms of current legislation, the data subject may exercise the rights of access, rectification or elimination, as well as request that data processing be restricted, oppose such processing or revoke any authorization granted, if applicable.
